Fifty Shades of Pinot
“How do I love thee, let me count the ways”
Elizabeth Barrett Browning
On Valentine’s Day, our thoughts turn to love – the love that warms our hearts, puts smiles on our faces, and makes us look forward to each day. To love is universal, but the experience and expression of love is varied and contextual – a product of who we are, how we grew up, what we value and a myriad of completely random and perhaps illogical other reasons. In other words, nature, nurture and soul.
Pinot Noir also is a product of the DNA of the clone and terroir in which the grape was grown, winemaking and some other intrinsic magic that touches us in different ways – nature, nurture and soul.
This Valentine’s Day, we give you fifty words used to describe the experience of Pinot – Fifty Shades of Pinot.
